
With almost 25 years of brand building and new business development experience, Matthew Golding has managed and promoted some of the largest and most successful toy properties in the world; including Hello Kity, Pooh, Rugrats, Frisbee, Hula Hoop,Talking Bubba, Ben 10, Teen Titans Power Rangers and more. A serious kid at heart, Matt directed the product development and promotions for award winning, innovative blockbuster toys at both Mattel and Bandai America, including "Bounce Around Tigger", "Sing and Swing Angelica", "Ben 10's Alien Voice Changer" and the Power Ranger's "Mega Mission Helmet".
Matt served for 5 years as Director of Marketing at Bandai America where he oversaw the advertising, promotions, packaging PR and product development for all of the company's boy brands. Prior to Bandai, Matt directed and built the marketing team for Frank Schaffer Publications-an educational products publisher. His start in toys began at Mattel, in the mid 90's where he managed the Pooh, Mattel Sports, Rugrats and Bubba brands for almost 5 years.
Most recently, Matt has taken an entrepreneurial path forming GCI: a marketing consulting company. Now, with the creation of Dynamic MarketingWorks alongside Kami Bryant, Matt brings his product launching skills, youth insight and promotional events experience to a wide variety of companies looking to supplement their staff or grow their business in new ways.
Matt launched his career selling Steelcase office furniture and specialty building products for USG. Matt earned his BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and his MBA from Babson College. A Bostonian at heart, he still craves a good lobster roll and is a card carrying member of Red Sox Nation. Matt, his wife and 2 children live in a suburb of Los Angeles.
